Taylor Lynn Moore is the second recipient of the NC ASA Ray Chandler Memorial Scholarship While there were several applicants, Taylor proved to be the best choice for the second NC ASA Ray Chandler Memorial Scholarship.  Taylor, the daughter of Stephen and Tracy Moore, is seen here receiving the check from Sharyn Chandler.    Congratulations Taylor!! Here are Rick McHone (NC ASA JO Commissioner), Taylor, Sharyn, and Tony Laws (NC ASA State Commissioner).
